1. Returns
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date if:

How to Request a Return

Clear photo(s) of the product (if damaged or incorrect)
Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or we made an error.
2. Refunds
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved:

A refund will be issued to your original payment method

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund:

First, check your bank or credit card statement again

Contact your payment provider—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted

3. Exchanges
We only replace items if we sent the incorrect item.
If you need to exchange your item, email us at contact@scentnstyle.store with your order number and reason for exchange.
4. Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it by contacting us. After that, your order may already be in processing or shipped, and we may not be able to cancel it.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
